Planning and Development Department invites applications in Standard Form IX as prescribed in Assam Gazette along with a Treasury Challan of Rs.40/- under Head of Account "0070-Other Administrative Service - 60 Other Services - 800 Other Receipts - Examination Fee" from eligible candidates for filling up the following vacancies:
1. Peon (two) posts [Reserved for ST(H)]
Eligibility: Class VIII passed or above.
2. Driver: 1 (one) post [Reserved for ST(H)]
Eligibility: HSLC passed or equivalent from a recognized board with medium vehicle license by competent authority.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 01-01-2013. Upper age relaxation of (5) five years for ST(H) candidates.
Enclosures:
1. Two copies of recent passport size photograph signed by the candidate.
2. One self addressed pre-stamped (Rs. 5) envelop.
3. Documents in support of educational qualification duly attested.
4. Medium vehicle license of driving (LMV) issued by competent authority. (for the post of driver only)
5. Copies of Caste Certificate duly attested
6. Discharge certificate (for Ex-servicemen only)
Application not duly filled in / incomplete and not accompanied with all necessary documents/ not in proper form will be rejected. Candidates should write the name of post applied for on the top of the envelope containing the application. Applications should reach to the following address on or before 07.06.2013. No application shall be received after 5 p.m. on the last date.
