Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at Degree level. or

Experience: Five years’ experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa preferably of technical or scientific literature.

Five years' experience of teaching in Hindii & English or Research in Hindi or English.
Desirable: i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth Schedule to the constitution.
ii) Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University or equivalent.
or
Five years' experience of teaching in Hindii & English or Research in Hindi or English.
