As per Govt. letter No.GLR83/2012/37, dated 8th May, 2013 application in prescribed form are invited from intending registered Medical Practitioner at Silchar area to provide Medical care to the ESI beneficiaries who will be designated as Insurance Medical Practitioner for the above mentioned area.
The candidate must have MBBS degree from recognized medical institution of India and must register his/her name with Medical Council of India.
The remuneration will be as per ESI medical manual.
The application form will be collected from the office of the Administrative Medical Officer, ESI scheme, Assam, Guwahati-37 during office hour and other terms and conditions may also be seen. The applicant completed all aspects must reach in the office of the Administrative Medical Officer i/c, ESI Scheme, Assam, Guwahati-37 on or before 10th June 2013.
