The Assam Board of Wakfs, Sijubari, Hatigaon, Guwahati-781038, invites application in Standard Form from Indian Citizens having requisite qualifications to fill-up the following posts at the Office of the Assam Board of Wakfs, Guwahati.
1. Name of the post: Assistant Inspector
No. of post: 1(one)
Qualification: Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of Arabic/Urdu
2. Name of the post: Lower Division Assistant
No. of post: 1(one)
Qualification: Higher Secondary in Arts/Science/Commerce. Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of Arabic/Urdu and basic knowledge in computer.
i) Age limit: The candidates for the above mentioned posts should not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years as on 01-01-2013.
ii) Selection procedure: The applicant may require to appear before a Selection Committee for an interview as and when called for.
iii) Pay: As per Assam Wakf Regulation, 2004.
iv) How to apply: Candidates shall have to apply separately for each post. The candidates for the above mentioned posts should enclose the following documents alongwith the filled-in Standard Form (copies of certificate should be attested):-
a) Dully signed one one copy of recent Passport size photography to be affixed in the Application Form.
b) Certificate in support of age.
c) Educational Qualification Certificate.
d) Certificate in support of knowledge of Computer in case of the post of Lower Division Assistant.
e) One self-addressed envelope (size=10"x4") affixed with postal stamp of Rs.5/-.
f) Employment Exchange Registration number.
g) Applicants who are already employed should submit their applications through proper channel.
v) Last date: Applications should reach to the undersigned on or before 30th April, 2013.
vi) Application received after the last date will be rejected. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
vii) No. TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
