Deputy Commissioner Chirang District, Kajalgaon invites Applications from Indian Citizens in standard form as prescribed in the part IX of Assam Gazette along with necessary testimonials for filling up of the following temporary posts of Grade-III and Grade-IV under the Deputy Commissioner's Establishment, Chirang.

Age: 18-38 years as on 1.1.2013 in respect of Sl. no.3 and upper age limit is relaxable for OBC/MOBC candidates as per rules.
For Sl. No.1:- Applicants must have experience of working as Sr. Accounts Asstt. for minimum 5 (five) years in Treasury office and must apply through proper channel.
For Sl. No.2:- Applicants must have experience of working as Jr. Account Asstt. for minimum 5(five) years in Treasury office and must apply through proper channel.
For Sl. No.3:- Applicants must be of standard VIII and above.
How to apply:
Treasury challan of Rs.2.50 (Rupees two and fifty paisa) only in case of OBC/MOBC candidates should be deposited under the head of account "007 OAS". The original Treasury challan should be attached with the application form.
Complete application forms along with other supporting testimonials, treasury challan in original and 2(two) copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested should be submitted during the office hour in the Office of the Sub Treasury Office, Bijni on or before 01/4/2013 upto 5 PM. The candidates should submit one self addressed enveloped along with postal stamp of Rs.5/- Incomplete application will be rejected. The applicants will have to appear before the interview/written test at their own cost.
