District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri invites applications in a standard form published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX from the eligible candidates who are citizen of India for engagement of the following post on contractual basis.
1. Name of the post: LDA
No. of post: 1(One)
Qualification: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com with 50% marks with computer knowledge.
Scale of Pay: Consolidated pay of Rs.5,200/-
2. Name of the post: Peon
No. of post: 2(Two)
Qualification: Matriculation
Scale of Pay: Consolidated pay of Rs4,500/-
Age: 18-38 years as on 01-01-2013.Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
How to apply: Applications along with attestd copies of certificates in support of Educational Qualification, Age proof, Computer Knowledge (for LDA) and two recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should reach to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority cum District & Sessions Judge on or before 10-04-2013.
N.B. It is made clear that the post are purely temporary and engagement of contractual staff will be initially engaged for a period of 01(one) year only in compliance with the terms and conditions of the guidelines of the 13th Finance Commission/Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt. of India.
