Vacancy of Process Server, Night Chowkider and Sweeper post at Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhubri, Assam

Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhubri invites application from eligible candidates who are citizen of India in the Standard form published in Part-IX of Assam Gazette accompanied by 3 (Three) recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer alongwith the attested copies of all testimonials for filling up the following posts in the office of the Presiding Officer/Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhubri, Assam.

1. Name of the post: Process Server
No. of post: 1 (one)
Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs.5200-Rs.20200 + 2100 & other allowances as admissible under rules.
Qualification: H.S.L.C. Passed

2. Name of the post: Night Chowkider
No. of post: 1(one)
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.4560-Rs.15000+ 1600 & other allowances as admissible under rules.
Qualification: Class VIII Passed

3. Name of the post: Sweeper
No. of post: 1 (one)
Pay Scale: Rs.6000 PM (Fixed)
Qualification: Class VIII standard


Age: 18-38 years as on 01.01.2013
Reservation: As prescribed by the Govt. of Assam
Examination Fees: Treasury Challan of Rs.20/- for General candidates and Rs.10/- for Reserved Categories candidates for the posts to be deposited under the Head of accounts '0070' Other Administrative Services 800 other receipt payable in favour of Govt. of Assam and the original copy of challan must be enclosed with the applications. Applicants those who are already in service should submit their applications through proper channel.

Note:
1. The applications for the post of Process Server, Night Chowkider will have to appear in examination/interview before the Selection Board.
2.   The applicant for the post of Sweeper (Fixed Pay) will have to appear in interview before the Selection Board.
3. Attested Copies of experience certificates, if any should be enclosed with the application.
4. The name of the candidates must be registered with any of the Employment Exchanges of the District/Sub-Division.
5. No application will be entertained after expiry of the last date. Incomplete application will summarily be rejected.
6. The appointee will be governed by the Contributory New Defined Pension Rules 2005 introduced by the Govt. of Assam.
7. Character certificate from One Gazetted Officer and another well known person of the locality.
8. The application should be addressed to the Presiding Officer/Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhubri, D.C.'s Court Building, (Ground Floor), Dhubri.
9. The envelope containing the application should be superscripted giving name of the post applied for in Capital Letters, a Self addressed envelope affixing postage stamps worth of Rs.5/- is to be enclosed with the application.
10. No application would be received in person and no receipt would be given, all applications are to be put in the Drop Box in the office premises for the purpose.
11. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify a candidate.
12. The Advertisement will not create any right in any individual/ applicant prior to the actual selection and notification.
